For change-of-mind returns (including color/size exchanges), round-trip shipping fees will be charged.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will schedule the pickup for returns using CJ Logistics on your behalf.

Returns & exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
If the product value is compromised (e.g., damaged packaging, missing components, signs of use), it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the condition before use.
Damage caused by customer mishandling is not eligible for return or exchange.
Due to the nature of the material, wrinkles, marks, small dark spots, or minor scratches may appear. These are not considered defects.
Minor differences in color or size, loose threads, slight irregularities in stitching, or initial smells from packaging or leather are not considered defects.
