Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be requested in advance and must be initiated within 7 days of receipt by contacting us at customer_care@jvper.com

For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. (Returns/exchanges are not accepted if protective vinyl, tags, or internal stuffing are missing.)

Wrinkles, spots, or scars on natural leather are part of its unique characteristics and are not considered defects.

If using a courier or convenience store shipping service other than CJ Logistics, prepaid shipping is required. Any additional fees incurred from using other couriers must be covered by the customer.

For orders placed through Naver Pay, order look-up and service inquiries (including cancellations, returns, and exchanges) must be processed directly through Naver Pay.

Refunds

For payments made via bank transfer, refunds will be processed within up to 7 business days.

For credit card payments, cancellations will be processed within 3–7 business days (depending on the card provider's policy).
